Roost phase 1B is the second phase of a multi use based community living atmosphere located on the water next to Lynwood Center shops. Each of the (4) new buildings consists of (3) 3-story deluxe townhomes that offer views of the water fully equipped with an elevator, provisions for future solar array, and E.V. charging stations in the garage. Bird Electric installed all electrical systems including fire alarm and telecommunications.
